"The School brief was to reduce wasted consumables, cut cost's and have a more managed print strategy. Having taken advice from AIS, we opted for Kyocera TaskALFA systems, together with Scanshare software, PaperCut Print management tool and card access system as a complete solution.

The installations were carried out efficiently and AIS configured the systems and software to our requirements.

The teachers have all embraced the new solution and I have had complimentary comments made about the copiers. They especially like the card access system, which saves on wasted paper, cuts costs but also provides security for sensitive documents.

Network scanning is also popular using Scanshare and we have now used PaperCut to limit excessive print runs on the classroom printers in favour of the Kyocera MFP's.

AIS's after sales service is excellent and being a local company they are happy to come on-site to discuss technical issues and are always courteous and knowledgeable.
